Great service, just a little uncertain due to the whole sales process being online, so sometimes I was signing documents before I actually seen them. I suggest improving the systems in future so clients can see the documents before signature themselves. Also, I don't think that clients should be forced to take the assurance from day one, especially if a client can prove they have assurance - 66 euros per month from Mercedes is extremely expensive, my car assurance has leasing cover for only 5 euros per month!
Other than that, the process was smooth.
