Thanks for your personel friendly approach, but for the service l can't say the same thing,
It was first maintenance of my car, they didn't change front wiper since they don't have the part, an other thing l wait for 2 months to change my rear bumper since again they don't have the part,
Such a big company (MERCEDES) !!!
Sorry to say but this is ridiculous 🙄

We always strive to provide an exceptional experience, and we are deeply sorry when we fail to meet our customers' expectations.
We still order our parts from the parent company, but we are currently experiencing a shortage of certain parts (such as wiper blades for the GLBs).
We also have a fairly long delay, as in all dealerships today, despite our good will to satisfy you 100%.
