First time 100+ € upfront for a diagnostic test and they were unable to diagnose the fault, which was subsequently found and repaired in 20 minutes by my local garagiste (for free). Second diagnostic time for a different fault suggested a fuse box needed replacement but then they found that the part is not made anymore and, without offering any other solution, effectively washing their hands of the problem.
They are only capable of replacing parts but do not have the ability to repair a difficult fault. What happened to old fashioned service and skilled technicians that find faults and can actually make a repair, not just replace an expensive spare part. These people are only capable of reading high tech electronic test equipment. A trained monkey could do that! This is not the sort of customer service I expect for my beautiful but aging S320 flagship vehicle from a garage supposed to be a representative of Mercedes.
