Hello,
We rated your service as 9 ............ we would have liked to give a 10 but we knocked the one point off because when the car was washed it was not dried. The result is watermarks left on the paintwork, the bonnet in particular has roughly 8 - 10 watermarks. We would prefer if the car was not washed or a chamois leather used to dry the paintwork. However, we are very happy with the service in general.
We also had a very good meeting with Franck Praudel about the purchase of our new Ford Focus ST line X and would heartily recommend Franck to anyone, the whole experience was an absolute pleasure ................
