I have the "Complete Care" service from Mercedes since I bought the car, then I asked for a substitution car during the maintenance period, but it was rejected.
In my understanding and together with Mobilo, the users of Complete Care service should be eligible for that substitution car as a minimun.
Additionally, I have urban guard installed in the car, it was reporting a collision during the maintenance but no warning from Client Attendance service.

In fact, the complete care contract you benefit from does not provide you with a free replacement vehicle.
After checking the schedule, on the day of your appointment, we had none left at all, because they were all booked.
However, when making an appointment, do not hesitate to specify that you want a rental car so as not to end up with a fait accompli.
