J'ai souscrit un contrat d'entretien auprès de OPTEVEN ASSURANCES pour 3 ans. Je pensais que prendre un rendez-vous pour l'entretien de mon véhicule intégrait obligatoirement toute réparation.
Ce ne fut pas le cas car l'organisme n'a pas donné son accord sur le champ et donc j'ai été obligée de revenir.
J'ai eu l'explication.
Il serait souhaitable que ces désagréments soient solutionnés en amont.
